**Q: What size is the grain of salt?  More like a true sea salt (big grains) or like sugar (smaller grains)?**
A: This was wonderful and I would have to say it is like a true sea salt but not huge grains but most definitely not like sugar.  This was amazing, I'm hooked!

**Q: List if ingredients anyone?**
A: A propriety blend of natural salts, coconut oil & coconut essential oil. ( no nut oils used )

**Q: Does it include the spoon?**
A: Yes it does include a spoon

**Q: Is it a massage oil?**
A: It is an MCT coconut oil, you massage the scrub onto dry skin and then rinse off with warm water , you can massage the remaining oil, left on your hands, all over your body, feet, face and trough your hair.
