The horse is smaller than a Barbie Horse, so not 1:6 scale, unless you want to use it as a pony, maybe.

**Q: Does it work for barbie**
A: Actually a little small in height for Barbie yet could work, and would probably work really well for Skipper.  These are wider then most Barbie horses, so I am not sure how well Barbie or Skipper will sit on one.  Hope this helps.
