Racine, WI USA ". I can tell you it works well. I work nights and I am outside almost the entire night. I wear shorts and spray this on my legs. It has a slight sweet scent almost like cotton candy. It goes on dry and is not greasy or oily at all. I really don't like insect sprays that are oily and smell like Deet. **Q: Does it smell?** A: Yes it has a fresh kind of fruity scent. I believe they make a non-scented one though. **Q: is this reef friendly?** A: Because reef safe or reef friendly are not regulated claims, there is no guidance about what evidence is required to support the concept.
