Review: Very good knife - Had one of these in a set for years and left it behind at a potluck. This is a great replacement. Easy to hold and use. Cuts great. Easy to sharpen when needed and holds its edge for a good amount of time. Great for cutting meat - I use mine to make jerky, prep chicken and beef and pork. Also nice for veggies. All around a nice knife and glad to have it.

Had one of these in a set for years and left it behind at a potluck. This is a great replacement. Easy to hold and use. Cuts great. This is a great size utility knife. For when you don't need the full chef knife but the little guy isn't going to do it either. I've had this brand before and they are such a good value. The blades are very thin, so even at this low price point with what is surely very basic materials, they can get a scalpel sharp edge. The flipside of this is that I would not do anything really rough with them like try to cut through bone or frozen items. The plastic handle is comfy enough.
