The fan is quiet even under load. But all in all time will tell if it will hold up to the test of time. Minus one star for coming in a plain jane box vs the box that was pictured. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Cheap fan *by C***N on Reviewed in the United States on February 28, 2019* I bought this for a slim PC build. When I first powered on the computer the fans were making quite a bit of noise. It took me a bit to figure out that all the noise was coming from the power supply fan. I checked it out and since this is the only 400w power supply in its form factor, I decided it would be worth fixing the noise even if I voided the warranty. I popped the cover off the PSU and found that the fan was just a slim 80mm fan. I ordered one from CoolerMaster and spliced in the connection. The fan is quiet now and everything seems to work great.
