Q: Is the tiara hard plastic?

Kind of but not really? It's a bendable thick plastic if that makes sense!

Q: Does the tiara look like the photo? It's all I need :)

It does but it's really bendy and flimsy and might look weird depending on the size of your head. It looked oversized on mine but was alright on my friend with bigger/wider forehead.

Q: Are these soft & cloth like or hard and plastic feeling?

Hard and plastic feeling on the outside, the inside is lined with cloth and a little softer. There is velcro on the inside of the cuffs.

Q: Does anyone know what size is it? And what Accessories does it exactly come with?

It comes with a headband, a shoulder/upper arm band, 2 forearm pieces and 2 hand pieces. The forearm pieces have Velcro to adjust the size and the rest have elastic bands. . .
