I only use it on my face, have light facial hair, and use it 2 times p/week. It works just OK. My biggest complaint is that each unit I've had quit working for the same reason: There is a small 'rubber band' on one side of the roller head that makes the unit glide, engaging the IPL. With every unit I've had, the 'rubber band' has stretched, not allowing the roller to move or the IPL to work. For me, each unit has lasted 2, maybe 3 years before that band wears out. I only purchased this third No-no because it does a' kinda' OK job for me, and after looking at alternatives, decided to stick with the devil I know... besides I have extra No-no thermal tips, and they are too expensive to just toss.
