    Great for all body parts that rub

I bought this to help my feet for an ultramarathon.  I use it all the time for long runs, mid-length runs, and even hikes.  I also have been known to rub it on my thighs when I have a busy work day and I have to wear a pencil skirt.  It's great.  Prevents chafing, doesn't get my clothes all nasty and doesn't make me feel greasy.  I like to lube up my feet and then shove them immediately into my iniji socks and I am set and never have to worry about my feet on my long runs.  It's great!

I am head over heels IN LOVE with this product! This is the kind of product that, you don't REALLY "want" people to know about because you're selfish and want to keep it all for yourself. 😂😂😂I use this in my day to day (because you know, the medical field has people running around doing things;) anyway, getting off topic...This product has COMPLETELY destroyed any blisters or excessive sweat/stink and friction. My feet have been night and day since I discovered Trail Toes a couple of months ago. I use just one slatter before my 12 hour shift and I'm good for roughly 14 hours!
