Good door stoppers that will stop and hold doors open. I've used these on hardwood and carpeted floors. The stoppers are effective in holding the doors open. I've also found other uses for these door stoppers. One use is to prevent washing machines from moving around and being out of place during the drain and spin cycle. My washing machine sometimes move out of its place and I've used these stoppers to prevent them in doing so. These door stoppers can also be used as an added security to your door when it is closed. The are very sturdy. Much heavier than the usual flimsy plastic door stop. That hole for easy removal is really a good idea and I didn't know I needed a holder but that too is a great idea. You can stack them if extra height is required.
