A: On the back of the container....alcohol, magnesium carbonate, thickener, fragrance.

**Q: Does this work for pole fitness?**
A: It works anytime you don’t want your hands to slip and slide off of something. Are used it for indoor Rockwall climbing. I would assume that you can use it for pole fitness also.

**Q: Is the product scented, and if so, what scent?**
A: No scent.  Love this chalk for at home gymnastics bar!!

**Q: Does this product contain alcohol?**
A: Yes but it evaporates quickly leaving chalk

4.5 Stars. Portable, convenient, effective. Smells kind of nice too, but maybe I'm just weird. Sort of fun rubbing it on your hands and watching your palms "magically" turn white as you wave them back and forth to dry. Just used during my 5x5 pull routine include deadlifts, bent over rows and pull-ups. Worked as advertised. About 85% as effective as real chalk. Alot less messy. Had to reapply a total of 3 times over the course of my 1.5 hr workout. No biggy. Will buy again.
