This product excels in both pre-workout energy and post-workout recovery, making it a versatile addition to my fitness regimen. First, the taste is fantastic. The Blue Raz flavor is refreshing and not overly sweet, which I appreciate. It mixes well with water, leaving no gritty residue, and it’s easy to drink before, during, or after workouts. The energy boost from the natural caffeine is noticeable but not overwhelming. It provides just the right amount of lift to power through intense training sessions without causing jitters or a crash afterward. This balanced energy is perfect for maintaining focus and endurance throughout my workouts. In terms of muscle recovery, this BCAA powder truly shines. I’ve noticed a significant reduction in muscle soreness and fatigue since incorporating it into my routine. The amino acids help with muscle repair and growth, allowing me to recover faster and train harder the next day. Additionally, the rehydrating properties are excellent. I feel more hydrated and less fatigued during and after my workouts, which is crucial for maintaining performance and overall well-being. The added electrolytes help replenish what’s lost through sweat, making this powder a comprehensive solution for hydration and recovery. Overall, EVL BCAAs Amino Acids Powder in Blue Raz is a top-notch product that delivers on its promises. It enhances energy, supports muscle recovery, and aids in rehydration, all while tasting great. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to elevate their fitness routine. Review: Great flavor and energy - This is the first time I've tried EVL BCAA Energy, and I have been taking the Blue Raz flavor for roughly a week. It has a great flavor (will be trying additional flavors in the near future). It mixes super fast in a blender bottle, with no chalky residue or any of that junk. It provides an almost instant jolt of energy without any jitters or other noticeable side effects. In fact, I took it this morning after only a few hours of crappy sleep, and I feel great several hours later. I take it on an empty stomach and have no issues at all. I'm currently doing mostly cardio, so can't speak to recovery from heavy resistance training, but I definitely notice more zing in my routine, and perhaps more focus. I literally look forward to taking this at least once a day, and have taken two doses a couple times. You could easily include additional micronized supps in this too. I've added creatine, and will also be adding citrulline when I get back to weights next week. I may even drink this post with some glutamine as well. All that said, I've read good reviews all over, and I concur. Using primarily as a pre-cardio, but will at least add as an intra-workout with other additions too. By the way, I mix with 8 oz water, and the flavor is fine for me, but you can easily adjust more or less to suit your taste. I can't imagine less than 8 oz though, because it does have a bite to it. Not bitter or bad, but just an enjoyable tartness. Overall good product so far. ## Features - Science Based Formula - Try our BCAA Energy branch chain amino acids supplements for men & women with 5g per serving of the ideal 2:1:1 ratio of branched chain amino acids plus Beta Alanine and more - Preworkout Powder Drink - Our BCAA energy powder is the ultimate preworkout sports drink mix and amino acids supplement for women and men thanks to energizing Taurine Coffee and Green tea extracts - After Workout Recovery Drink - Amino acid nutritional supplements are also great muscle recovery supplements thanks to the enhanced hydration powder formula with taurine that helps fuel your body - Clean Complex - We’re proud to use some of the best ingredients for maximum performance but we’re also proud that our effective pre workout without creatine is thoroughly tested for quality control - Why Evlution Nutrition - EVL is a leading name in full stack bodybuilding supplements because we take our quality seriously and only use the finest lab tested performance maximizing ingredients ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B01GASAWXU | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Allergen Information | Gluten Free | | Best Sellers Rank | #4,524 in Health & Household ( See Top 100 in Health & Household ) #2 in Sports Nutrition Post Workout & Recovery Products | | Brand | Evlution | | Brand Name | Evlution | | Color | Blue Raz | | Container Type | Canister | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 3,421 Reviews | | Diet Type | Gluten Free | | Dosage Form | Powder | | Flavor | Blue Raspberry | | Item Dimensions | 3.5 x 3.5 x 5.75 inches | | Item Form | Powder | | Item Highlight | Supports Muscle Recovery, Lean Growth, Endurance and Hydration with Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) - 30 Servings | | Item Weight | 8 ounces | | Manufacturer | Evlution | | Manufacturer Part Number | 3S-XQ5C-SD9R-$P | | Material Features | Gluten Free | | Number of Items | 1 | | Primary Supplement Type | Branch Chained Amino Acids | | Product Benefits | Lean Growth | | Recommended Uses For Product | Immune Support | | Special Ingredients | Amino Acid | | Specific Uses For Product | Laboratory | | Total Servings Per Container | 30 | | UPC | 818901020030 | | Unit Count | 9.5 Ounce | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Evlution - **Diet Type:** Gluten Free - **Flavor:** Blue Raspberry - **Item Form:** Powder - **Item Weight:** 8 ounces - **Item dimensions L x W x H:** 3.5 x 3.5 x 5.75 inches - **Primary Supplement Type:** Branch Chained Amino Acids - **Product Benefits:** Lean Growth - **Special Ingredients:** Amino Acid - **Unit Count:** 9.5 Ounce ## Images ![EVL BCAA Energy Amino Acids Powder with Natural Caffeine - Blue Raz - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71FLo+90s+L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Is this BCAA energy powder gluten-free and vegan-friendly?** A: Yes! They dissolve okay and I like mine with ice. This flavor a little sour but I would expect that from blue raz. It is not quite as sweet as the fruit punch and it took a few days to get used to it but i do like it. I find the regular BCAA Energy flavor way better than the BCAA LEAN ENERGY. This stuff tastes like kool-aid and is so yummy! I have it with my lunch and this product really gives me the extra boost and energy I need in the afternoon to keep moving and end my work day still energized for the evening. DEFINITELY give it a try. It will get it out of the afternoon slump and give you energy you need to complete your daily goals without that heavy feeling you get from a carbonated energy drink. ## Frequently Bought Together - EVL BCAAs Amino Acids Powder - BCAA Energy Pre Workout Powder for Muscle Recovery Lean Growth and Endurance - Rehydrating Post Workout Recovery Drink with Natural Caffeine - Blue Raz - Nutricost Creatine Monohydrate Micronized Powder 500G, 5000mg Per Serv (5g) - 100 Servings, 17.9 Oz --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.vu/products/29956830-evl-bcaa-energy-amino-acids-powder-with-natural-caffeine-blue](https://www.desertcart.vu/products/29956830-evl-bcaa-energy-amino-acids-powder-with-natural-caffeine-blue) --- *Product available on Desertcart Vanuatu* *Store origin: VU* *Last updated: 2026-10-03*
