### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This book changed my life!

There is a disclaimer in the description saying that there is no evidence that seizures can be controlled herbs and nutrients alone. I must be the exception to the rule! I was taking 2000 mg of Keppra, and it was killing me. The side effects destroyed my life. But thanks to this book, and many lifestyle changes, I am just about completely of my meds! I tried a lot of other strategies, such as the keto/modified Atkins diet, Passion flower, bitter melon etc. with no success. This book gives you a comprehensive plan to reduce (or in my case, eradicate seizures. This book gave me my life back! I’m so grateful to Dr Kurn and Dr Shook for writing this book!

The authors of Herbs & Nutrients for Neurologic Disorders have written a book that is a must-read for anyone concerned about their brain health, or that of their loved ones. While it is chock full of vital science, it is also extremely accessible to everyone, whether scientist or not. Of interest are the extensive references from peer reviewed journals used to justify each of the suggested treatments. The recommendations will also help to maintain health, warding off cognitive declines that are so very common in today’s toxic world (whether from foods, or the environment).
