Not just the gloves, but his gym bag, anything in his gym bag, and actually his entire room smell like dirty feet just having those gloves around. I tried febreeze, vinegar, even straight bleach--no help. When this product arrived, he had a week's break from boxing so I stuck these guys in his gloves and left them to do their thing. Wow! Hardly any smell coming from them after that week. Gloves smell again after each time he uses them, of course, but as long he puts these in when he gets home, no dirty feet smell in his room. I bought the unscented and they are truly unscented, no masking scents.
