I now use: 1 cup cream, 2 cup half-and-half, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 teaspoon vodka (helps the freezing), pinch of salt, pinch of cinnamon. It's great. **Q: does this make good yogurt?** A: I make frozen yogurt with this every week, and my recipe is SO easy: 1 quart VANILLA (not plain) yogurt, 1 pkg thawed frozen cherries (or berries of any type). No salt, no sugar, no milk, no nothin' else. Turn it on for 20 minutes and you're done. Yummy frozen yogurt.
