I’m pleasantly surprised…they’re a bit milder than some flavorful dosas I’ve had but for a box, sold! I went to SO much effort time and money to make these from scratch for a year, but they’ve never turned out nearly as well nor crispy as restaurants’. Being gluten free I’m glad there’s a lazy option - these!
