Having watched Embrace twice with my 13 year daughter, we just had to read the book.  I have to say I found the book as enjoyable to read as the film was to watch.  So inspiring and such a positive and important message to get out to the world.Now we just need to await the DVD

Written in Taryn’s open, honest & fluent style this book made me laugh & cry in equal measure. It also gave me hope that my daughter & all the young women that I love may be able to grow in a world free from body shaming & reach their full potential with out wondering about their weight or how they are being perceived because of what they’re wearing.Brilliant read plus I loved the addition of Mat’s Q&A session
