I've been wearing these in public, on asphalt, concrete, gravel, dirt, and my next goal is to go hiking up a mountain in them. I might bring a pair of hiking boots with me in case they give but i genuinely dont think they will give. They are a little slippery off the sand but again, these are designed for sandy terrains, as advertised. Very protective for your feet with the kevlar souls, and it truly does give you that natural barefoot feel.
