Its got 3 buttons very simple to use. Esspresso lungo and cappacino/latte button. **Q: What temperature does the milk steamer reach inside the machine?** A: Not sure. The milk is not hot enough for me when it comes out and the coffee is added. I put the completed drink in the microwave for 30 seconds, so that it is hot enough. Overall, the machine is great. **Q: Can you brew just coffee in this machine as well?** A: Yes - LUNGO is nespresso’s “just coffee” I’ve had a nespresso for years and we brew a lungo and add cream sugar just like a French press or any other coffee you would normally brew. You can even do a second pod on lungo for an extra large coffee if you’d like ;) This machine does espresso, lungo and latte & cappuccino **Q: Does this do Lungo?
