Which we need to add a shut off valve next to the bowl so we can clean it easier without shutting off the whole house. Something to think about if you install directly inside. This bowl works great with a hose also. We tested it out with a hose first before installing in the house. Overall this has made our life easier with having multiple dogs. We are worry free about them running out of water on a hot day. We have also had friends see this and they loved it so much they bought one right there while looking at it.

### ⭐ Works well, but have lots of plumber's tape.

Update 1/3/2021 Forget everything I said below. This thing is garbage. I started leaking for no reason what so ever and no amount of tape will save it. Do yourself a favor and buy something else. Just a note, you shouldn't have to use tape on a garden hose because there is a rubber washer inside. NO AMOUNT OF TAPE WILL STOP IT FROM LEAKING. We bought this for my mother who is developing some issues with her hands and couldn't handle the gravity waterer anymore for her Weimaraner who drinks a lot of water. The only issue with this during set up is that it takes a lot more plumber's tape than you think it will. A lot more. After 3-4 attempts and thinking the thing would never stop leaking at the connection and adding more plumbers tape each and every time we almost gave up and wanted to return it. But finally it worked like a charm and is still working well after a week. Just plan on using an obscene amount of plumber's tape.
