Prepared using only the freshest ingredients and a mother's magical touch. ## Features - Cooking instructions - take entire contents in a vessel after removing the baking powder sachet given inside - Add 1 cup (200 ml) water, 2 tbsp oil (25ml) in to khaman dhokla instant mix to prepare smooth batter. Keep this batter aside for 2-3 min - Take the contents of baking powder sachet in a quarter cup (about 50ml) of water mix well and add to the batter. Immediately stir the batter - Immediately pour batter in to dhokla thali or tray greased with oil - Steam on high flame for 15 minutes. If pressure cooker is used do not apply weight/whistle. Remove & allow to cool for 10 minutes. Cut in to 4 -5 cm cubes - For vaghar: heat 2 tbsp oil, add 1tsp mustard seed when mustard crackles add 2 chopped green chilli, ½ tsp sesame seed and percent of hing - Stop heating.
