PHENOMENAL log book. 8.5W x 11H x .25D inches. Contact information page, 2 medications pages, 102 vitals pages, 4 notes pages. Great book to log your daily vitals and bring with you to all your appointments. I love the fact there is two sections on each log to write notes. Sufficient space back of the book to write other notes or important dates of surgeries or any other info so you don't forget when, where, or who. What you see in my photos is what you get. Nothing crazy or too fancy... it's simple, to the point, and gets the job done on basic vitals logging. Must have to track your health. I highly recommend this log book.
