Review: Great cabinetns worth the price. - I previously had 3 of these cabinets in a lighter cover for over 10 years. I wore one out but still have the other two. I purchased two more in the darker color that they have and put them together in under 1 hour with no tools except for a hammer to gently tap them down as I have hand issues and sometimes cannot apply the pressure to push down on something. I am a 5'3" female senior citizen and other than the light tap with the hammer and the use of a small step stool for height, had no issues putting these together. The shelving is adjustable and they hold a decent amount of weight. They are easily wiped clean with a rag. The plastic material is extremely strong and I had no issues with alignment. They are not heavy so are eastily moved around. The functionality is outstanding as the provide storage for a variety of items such as linen, cans of paint and related supplies, broom, mop, laundry supplies, electric standing fans and heaters, records, albums, DVD's, cassette tapes, etc. The storage possibilities are endless. They go very well with my decor and provide badly needed storage for a small space challenged apartment. I hightly recommend these long lasting, worth the money, easy to put together cabinets.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Why don't they make this in the platinum/ivory/white color any more? Looks like it has been discontinued.**
A: I have some of the "platinum" cabinets I bought several years ago but after 2014, so they weren't that old. I also wanted to match them rather than get another color but couldn't find the "platinum" anywhere.
Finally bought a dark grey, appears this is ONLY color offered now. Not a smart marketing decision! The "platinum" also blends well with other appliances & furniture better than the dark grey & doesn't look as
"industrial". I did have one cabinet next to my white refrigerator as a pantry by itself in the kitchen & as the grey is the odd color of them, that's where it goes & of course I'd prefer the "platinum" in kitchen. WAKE UP, Rubbermaid!!!
Isn't "the customer" ALWAYS right?!?!

**Q: can i store bloom or small vacuum cleaner?**
A: Yes you can; however, you will do so by sacrificing shelves.  They are removable.  Example: I store golf clubs which leaves me with just a couple top shelves.

**Q: How much weight do the shelves hold?**
A: This is the response from Sterilite.

Our suggestion for maximum weight capacity for the shelves is 40 lbs. per shelf for item #0142.  It is best to distribute the weight evenly over the length of the shelf as opposed to keeping heavier objects on the shelf center, which could cause distortion and eventual damage.  Heaviest items stored on the shelving unit should be kept on the bottom shelf or floor of the unit.

**Q: Are the shelf heights adjustable?**
A: The shelf heights are not adjustable, that's why it's so easy to put together. It's a strong plastic. The legs are all the same size and fit into each shelf the same way. I have 3 and they are awesome.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing, Sturdy, Simple to put together

I hardly ever write reviews but I had to for this cabinet. I’ll begin by saying I loathe putting “things” together. If I order something that needs to be assembled, I usually open the box, dump out the pieces, put them back in the box & call my son or friend to come & put it together. BBBBUUTUTTTTTT… this broke my pattern. I thought the pieces were perfectly labeled & instructions were spot on to follow. The cabinets are sturdy. I was able to get all my products off the basement floor & into these cabinets. I bought 2 & I would order 100 more if I could use them all over my house. You must buy this cabinet.
