**Q: It says with charger but i dont see it.. does it include battery charger?**
A: from the description it says "with Dual Chemistry Charger".    You can buy Ryobi tools "Bare-Tool", meaning you don't get the Battery or the Charger.  This works great if you already have a 18v Ryobi battery and charger.  Much lower cost as well.   But it looks like, in your case, they provide both.

**Q: does it remove lug nuts?**
A: I use this to remove tires on Forklifts. Lots of power. Just as strong as an air impact without the hose. I'm a believer these have coma a long way.

**Q: What’s included in the purchase it doesn’t specify?**
A: When I placed the order on Amazon for this item after waiting for almost two weeks, I had found out the seller went out of business,  so I never got it. I decided at the time, not to get it after all!
