Each batch turned out perfectly. We found a recipe online that called for 1 cup of popcorn kernels and about 4 tablespoons of oil. I did 5-6 tablespoons and none of the popcorn burned. One suggestion is to go just under 1 cup, as there are many unpopped kernels due to all the space being used with this amount. I'd say 5/6th would be a good amount. All you do is shake it over the fire and in less than 5 minutes, you'll hear it sizzling and popping.
