One of the benefits of ACV is that it seals the cuticle, and dyed hair loses its color when they cuticle is open. If you want to strip a semi-permanent dye, I recommend Neutrogena clarifying shampoo. Really work it in to it your hair and let it sit while you're doing the rest of your shower stuff. I've done this in the past and I've used it 3 or 4 times in one day for a few days in a row.
