It changes pizza night for good. I bought two and alternate them in the oven. While one is in the oven, I use the second to lay out the dough and prep the second pizza. This makes for a great "pizza and movie night" system. Theres always a fresh pizza coming out of the oven and everyone takes one or two sizes, so you get to try multiples toppings/types. I STRONGLY recommend buying a pizza stone and using a large spatula to help pull them from the oven. I think these would work fine with fairly loose dough too.
