Works great and fast against joint pain. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Noticeable Difference *by J***E on August 14, 2024* After taking collagen powder with little result I decided to roll the dice on liquid to see if it would make the difference - and it sure did. It does take a few weeks to kick in but has been a great addition to my routine. I have taken it both first thing in the morning on an empty stomach as well as at night and there is no noticeable difference in results based on time of day that I have seen. I took a brief hiatus from using this and that is when I really noticed the benefits it had been providing. My hip pain came back, my nails wouldn't grow as well and I noticed areas around my hairline that were starting to thin. You better believe I ordered the next bottle as soon as that last revelation came about. Within a week or two my hair is already filling in. Started with mango - the flavor is strong and the consistency thick - so would pour into a few ounces of OJ to get it down. After two bottles I switched to the tart cherry and I prefer that much more. I was able to cut out the OJ and drop into in a shot of water and that does the trick for me. Definitely give it a shot.
