When I don't feel like making a salad I eat the spinach by itself, with a little salad dressing and the horse radish. I eat baby carrots as a snack, especially when I'm stressed. I put a large handful of baby carrots in a bowl and a large squirt of horse radish on the side of the bowl to use as a dip. It's delicious. I also use the horse radish with the baby carrots because I'm trying to get myself to drink more water. I have this snack with a large bottle of water. The horse radish is spicy hot, makes me thirsty and I wind up drinking more water than I otherwise would.
