Monster Musume: I Heart Monster Girls Vol. 2 (Monster Musume: I Heart Monster Girls, 2)

I just finished Volume 2 of Monster Musume: I Heart Monster Girls. While I liked Volume 1 a little better, this is still a good collection with various writers and artists offering their interpretations of the cast. Mero gets a couple of nice pieces playing up her fascination with tragic love stories; there is a hilarious one regarding her imagining a yaoi romance at an aquarium (the look on her face in the final panel is priceless). The MON Squad also has some funny stories, particularly a tale regarding a barbeque gone wrong. Another is a one page gem as Zombina goes on and on about movie monsters. Manako seems to be a favorite of these contributors but I wish Doppel would get a chance to carry a story; at least she is given some good scenes and makes the most of them. I was not so enthused with a story about Kimihito becoming a tentacled carnal beast; it was a bit over the top. I much preferred "Yearning for the Stars", with the gang going stargazing and his observations about their little family; Rachnee thought them saccharine, but most fans will think otherwise. As with Volume 1, this volume includes postcards; these feature Suu, Mero and Rachnee.

Whether you're a die-hard monster musume fan or just simply enjoy them, I'd highly recommend giving the I Heart MOnster Girls side stories a shot.They pretty much have what makes the main story enjoyable, just with a special addition of a different art style for every side story illustrated by a different artist each.

Great story I love the authors and art work but my book from good for readers came unwrapped with smoke damaged and sharpie on th bottom of the book also the 3 collectable cards were missing even though I purchased this "new" so long story short this is a great book but my product came damaged and with missing items.

Great product for the price, would gladly do business with in the future!

I love how each person makes their own short story based off of the main one. To me I fell like it seems to flesh the series out more can't wait to read the next one and see what style they use.

Big fan of the Monster girl series just wish they made more the 4 I Heart Monster girls books.

Another brilliant side story companion to Monster Musume series. Very entertaining

Once again, we have a new batch of hentai artists {most of them coming straight out of Monster Girl Quest} to make us some cute side stories. Again, the artwork is beautiful, but these doujin creators don't quite have Okayado's talent to make hilarious stories out of relatively mundane and everyday situations. Some pretty good farces though, such as Kimi being turned into a tentacle monster... you can probably tell where that's going.

soy fan de la serie y a pesar de ser mini historias alternas a la serie y el diseño del dibujo es de distintos artistas es muy entretenido y divertido.y llego con las 3 imagenes tamaño postal
