**Q: I need to contact the seller regarding shipping the product back.  It arrived in a box too mangled to send it back in.  What next steps should I take?**
A: Happened to me too, and table does not fold. Table requires assembly and there were no nuts or bolts sent with table. A critical ring for stabilizing table is also missing.

**Q: What is weight limit of chair?**
A: 300

**Q: What are the dimensions of the table (diameter of table top, width of base) and the separate dimensions of the chairs (width, depth, height)?**
A: The tabletop is 23 1/2 inches across and the table base is 26 inches across.  The table height is 27 1/2 inches.  The chair height overall is 35 inches, with the seat 18 inches tall and 14 inches across.  It is a sturdy, heavy set that doesn't budge in our high winds, it was easy to put together with the provided tool.  The chairs come fully assembled and can fold up.  The assembly of the table was just putting on the legs and round brace.  I'm very pleased with how it looks on my patio and how steady it feels when I sit on it.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful bistro set, excellent customer service

I can't recommend this company's Customer Service enough. Firstly, the bistro set is beautiful. Very good quality for the price. However, my set arrived without 8 much needed rust proof coated bolts to fix the table top to the legs. I contacted Alpine via the email provided in the package. After they rightfully assertained through photos, receipt and batch number that I was a genuine customer, Grace from Customer Support despatched a complete replacement set, which arrived promptly in good order in three days. I was not charged for the replacements. The set is built well, with beautiful mosaics on the table top, seat and seat back. Hopefully it will last for years.

We received the Bistro set today and are very pleased with it . It comes very well packed so there was no damage to the table and chairs. It’s very sturdy and worth the money and most of all it looks great in my garden.

A really well made table and chairs. The metal framework is very sturdy and the inset mosaic tiles on the table, and the chair seat and backs is well laid out, with a good grouting finish. The Bistro set arrived in a single well packed box, with plenty of polystyrene and cardboard to protect the contents. He chairs are ready assembled, and although the table is ‘flat-packed’, it was relatively easy to put together with the supplied spanner.
