A: Moderate . Altra has the widest and what I run in

**Q: what size should I buy for a woman's size 10?**
A: Deduct a size and a half from your women's size. Soooo... a Womens 10 would be a Men's  8 1/2.
But remember, the Reebok Nanoflex run about a 1/2 size small, so go with a size 9 mens. (Women's 10 1/2)

**Q: Does this shoe waterproof?**
A: No they aren’t waterproof.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great shoe for the price

This is an extremely comfortable shoe. I group instruct HIIT and boot camp classes 4 days a week and these hold up very well. I have several pairs of nanos and these are comparable in support and performance. The one difference I noticed is the fabric over the toe box is much softer than the nano. Not a deal breaker for me but someone else might care. Having knee and ankle issues, this didn’t cause any of them to flare up. I won’t stop buying nanos but these are definitely a great option on a budget.
