## Description

MasonryDefender Coarse Grit Clear Non Slip Additive is a micronized, polymeric aggregate designed to deliver a slip resistant finish when mixed with clear sealers, latex, epoxy, or oil-based paints and stains. This non slip additive enhances floor grip for stairs, steps, garages, walkways, basements, patios, pool decks, and more, making it ideal for both residential and commercial outdoor surfaces. For application, stir continuously and add up to 4 oz. of Clear Non Slip Additive to 1 gal. of coating, following the sealer’s instructions. In thinner coatings, stir occasionally during use to keep the grit uniform. For multiple coats, add the additive to the topcoat only and avoid reapplying over wet areas. This product is compatible with MasonryDefender Garage Floor Sealer, Stamped Concrete Sealer, and most latex, epoxy, or oil-based paints, stains, or sealers. Not recommended for use with penetrating water repellents, silicones, or wax-based coatings. The clear, coarse grit formula provides a gloss finish and is suitable for medium coverage on concrete floors and other surfaces where a slip resistant paint additive is needed. Package contains 4 oz. of liquid additive in standard packaging. No batteries required.

A: It's an additive to your paint, should work fine with a good outdoor paint.

**Q: Will this work with tompsons water seal?**
A: Can’t say 100 percent but it worked with Cabot for me
