It can be gently heated in the microwave or cooled in a freezer, and is designed to mould itself to any part of the body, but particularly around the neck, making it easier to target pain. These wheat bags are specially made for us without lavender, in rare cases (from the factory which uses fragrances) any slight fragrance present will soon disappear as they are only filled with wheat. Can younput two in the microwave at once.** A: I only put one in at a time with a cup of water . Put on for 2.20 mins, stays hot for about 30 mins. Not very full up though with filling. **Q: is this a 4 pack?** A: No single pack **Q: It doesnt give any measurements, can any1 tell me the length and width plz??** A: Approx 42 x 11cm. I bought it to warm my neck before physio exercise and fo ind it adequate but a tad on short side. **Q: How long does it stay warm?** A: It is very hot at first so I wrap it in a towel. Stays usefully warm for a half hour.
