A: Yes, since it's like a shower curtain with Velcro edges. It's good.

**Q: do you want to buy one that's larger than the opening of your doorway?**
A: Exactly size should be better if you buy bigger it would over lap

**Q: Would this keep steam from escaping a bathroom?**
A: I think it should if you install it as directed and it seals up the doorway top to bottom.  If you put the double sided adhesive velcro on the outside of the bathroom you should be okay.

I bought this for a room that has no door, mainly to keep heat in. It is working. The material is like a thick shower curtain. I don't think the material itself is very insulating, but it is significantly preventing the warm air escaping the room by creating a drought barrier. The adhesive is actually pretty good at holding the curtain in place. I thought I would have to secure it with screws or something with people constantly walking through it. That is not the case. The adhesive is working well. The magnets that hold the door together in the middle are strong enough to close the curtain after walking through. They will seperate with moderate to strong breeze, eg if you have other doors in the house open. It could look better. It could have more magnets. It could have better material. It does do its job. Not complete junk like I thought it might be.
