Please I want to return the item Review: I started these on June 9th. The bottle says take once a day, I took two, one in the morning and afternoon. Prior to starting these my LDL via blood work was 130, total cholesterol 209, Crp 1.4. Dr advised reducing LDL and I decided to try these. Last week blood work showed LDL of 91, total cholesterol of 156 Crp 1.2. to summarize, that's a 40 point reduction in LDL, so yes, I can say these work. I took these for 3 months, then stopped when I ran out which was about 3 weeks ago, and have not changed my diet or exercise levels. They do give you a slightly changed or off (not normal to you) smell when you perspire heavily. Nothing offensive per se, but you will notice you don't smell like you. Easy to take, they are smaller in size. This is my first blood work in a while without all the red in the cholesterol section so I'm quite pleased.
