Good product ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well made *by C***. on October 20, 2022* This pot is made from very sturdy steel. Thick walled and heavy. I have used it twice and am well pleased both times. I have found by using only 25/30 pounds of pressure works better than 40/50 pounds it is rated. Granted, I used it on small pieces, not anything that would fill the pot up. When I try a big piece I will post a review on that as well.
