Customer service is a cut above the rest.
Bought this almost 2 years ago. It's been a great ride. Especially liked the 3 speed control options. One day when it was super hot this past summer we were driving it non-stop for a while, caused the circuit board to burn out in one place. I sent the seller a questioned asking if there was a way to get a new one. They called me the next day and directed me to what I needed. I was caught off guard, but in a good way. I can't believe the customer service even after 2 years of past. Absolutely amazing and A Cut Above the Rest.

Great toy truck, my son loves it!! Plus customer is there whenever you have any questions, no automatic response you actually speak to someone directly. They were very helpful and polite, I'll definitely recommend this toy for any little guy.
