Read the label.  This is repurposed LA city water that they spin (literally and figuratively) to change the molecular structure of the water and make it more drinkable.  Our bodies regulate pH level to the extreme, nothing you eat or drink will change that unless you're really sick, like about to die, is when your pH is off.  Buy this water only if you like to flush money down the toilet.
