The straight, slender blade is designed to easily slice through tough foods and has just the right amount of rock for chopping herbs or mincing onions. A full-tang handle provides a balanced, comfortable grip, and an etched Babish logo on the butt caps things off nicely. It’s a kitchen workhorse that’ll have you galloping through piles of veggies and tough cuts of meat. Excess heat and detergent from automatic dishwashers can damage or stain the blades, so dishwashers are not recommended. Do not allow blades to soak in water.
