The material is thin but so far appears to be quality and very flexible. They will keep you dry but not warm if you are looking for that, I was not. I wear sweats underneath them and still comfortable moving freely. I bought medium, I like the fit of the pants, but would say they are smaller compared to the coat as a medium. I am very happy with the rain suit so far. My complaint would be there is a strip of material that attached in the middle and at the bottom of the coat, and I will probably end up tearing it or getting it caught on something. Not quite sure why they didn’t sew it to the coat all the way down I have not had a problem with the zipper, but it is a very thin zipper, it has pockets that keep my cell phone dry. The pants have elastic and a pull string. There is Velcro at the end of the sleeves which are a bit long and the pants are a bit long.
