**Q: Can this be frozen until ready to use?**
A: Yes; however it is already dry, much like salt and pepper the shelf life is indefinite. 
 Freezing it, if not airtight may actually  introduce unwanted moisture resulting in spoilage.  Best to just keep it in a cool dry place.

**Q: Where is the disodium inosinate derived from? Is it vegan?**
A: It can be be obtained from bacterial fermentation of sugars, it is ofter commercially prepared and is similar to msg and it is vegan.

**Q: What does this taste like? The ingredient list includes "riceballs" which sounds like it'd be pretty unnoticeable on top of rice.**
A: This product has a light seasoned taste. It can be served with hot water/hot tea/hot broth over rice and relies on salty toppings to add flavor.

**Q: Is this product gluten free?**
A: NO ITS NOT!! It contains wheat in the soy. They ingredients listed aren’t the same as what you get. Please look at the one star rating to see the picture of the actual ingredients.
