First off, they definitely bring the heat as promised to the degree that you'd better have some water beside you when snacking on these ones. Secondly, beyond the heat these nuts have a great taste. I don't know how to describe it, but I'd say it's slightly peppery and very spicy-hot. I know some people prefer to crack them open with their fingers, but to maximize the flavor on any Fiddyfarms pistachios I would recommend sucking first on the shell. They're also very large pistachios, a nice upgrade from many supermarket choices. They're also extremely fresh with a nice crunch.These are heartily recommended for any pistachio lover. They taste like red-pepper flakes and not much else.
