**Q: Where can I buy the o ring I have only had mine like  3-4 months?**
A: The O-ring is a 346 EPDM 70 DURO O-ring that may be purchased from companies that sell O-rings.  The O-ring may also be purchased from the manufacturer by calling 866-449-4343 or ordering ASIN B07BC5TV9G from Amazon.

**Q: Why does the water overflow?**
A: The waterer may overflow if the O-ring around the mouth of the jar is worn or cut.  Dirt around the O-ring or inside the black lid may also prevent a vacuum seal.  You may call the manufacturer at 866-449-4343 for other suggestions if you cannot solve the problem.

**Q: My waterer just arrived.  How do I attach the red base from the jug? The bottom spout is in the way of detaching the two**
A: Turn the red base so the bottom spout does not line up with the clip that holds the base on the jug.  Tipping the jug sideways on the base should allow the base to unclip from the jug.
