I have worn it to work for 3-4 years. I love the 2 shirt pockets for my pens notes etc. If washing at home the color does run at first wash so do not wash the darker with your whites. I'm tall and thin basically. I bought both a large-tall and an XL-tall. I didn't even try the XL-tall as the large-tall fit great. I wanted something that's not baggy, and this shirt is not, but if I put on 20lbs it probably would be a tight fit. I'm pretty sure this shirt would fit a 6'7" guy lengthwise. The sleeves are about an inch too long for me (no big deal) and the shirt itself is very long.So if you're 6'3" or shorter I wouldn't get the "tall". I'm not a big guy. I'm 5'10" and 240 lbs. I'm not really fat, I just have this "bubble belly" (as my wife calls it). The buttons pull apart on most XL shirts in the belly area and they always seem to come un-tucked so I tried a Red Kap XXL poly/cotton blend work shirt and it fit great. There's just enough room across the belly for the buttons to not pull apart and feel like they're gonna pop AND they're a couple inches longer than the XL so they stay tucked in. I'm an auto collision repair estimator so I'm up and down a lot, laying on the ground looking under customer's vehicles. It's very embarrassing when your head is under a car in the parking lot and your belly is hanging out because your shirt is too small.
