I always carry a small bottle with me with the teardropper cap. when you buy it, be sure to by the Echinacea with grain alcohol in it. the reason is that you put it under your toungue, 20 drops or so and let it rapidly absorb. this is your best chance to stop cold dead in its track. I usually am able to beat a cold 9 times out of 10 as for before I would get sick 2-3 times a winter. This stuff really works. if you wanna go 1 step better with Echinacea take the RM-10 by garden of life. another great supplement.
