This is also my first time using an at home gel nail polish kit. I have closely watched the nail technicians and have asked questions when they do my nails. I file my nails beds then I apply the primer and wait for it to dry, then I apply the base coat then set it with UV light, then apply this nail polish and set it with UV light and I do the same with the no wipe top coat. I can’t remember if I used 1 or 2 coats of this nail polish but am pretty sure I used 1 because the gel stays on longer if it is applied in thin layers, and the color is transparent so there is not a lot of coverage needed. The pictures are 4 days after I painted my nails.I love love love this color and was never able to find anything close or similar to it in the nail salon. Now I save myself a lot of money doing my own gel nail polish because I like very subtle and simple colors, nothing complicated or fancy. Which means I can do it myself at home.I highly recommend this nail polish and brand. I ordered another color from them and was not disappointed.
