I switched to this brand from the one I had been using because it had no magnesium stearate, and I have been trying to use the "cleanest" supplements that I can. Within a few weeks of switching I started experiencing anxiety, irritability and fatigue-to combat this I started to take 4 pills/day, my symptoms then dissipated and I began to feel better again. However with my previous supplement I was only taking one pill per day to achieve the same or a better effect. To be fair I also started intermittent fasting around the time that this occurred so I can't be sure exactly what affected what-but I have decided to go back to the previous brand.
