I’m a skeptic, but it seems that Pareto’s principle applies here: minoxidil probably drives 80% of the results, but for the remaining 20% of the results are driven by Spark brush liquid from Roots. I just started this treatment, will wait 3 months and see if it helps. 4. There are no instructions that come with this, but its pretty easy to use. It really was easy to apply Rogaine, worked great. After a few months, it was dripping, I was thinking it was coming through the bristles or, I was using it incorrectly. As a winter visitor to AZ, last May I stored it in a zip lock bag, on its back, cover on, in the drawer of my vanity. The house is air conditioned. I came back now in November, took it out of the zip lock, all of the Rogaine that was in it was in the zip lock. The brush was wet. I put it under the faucet to rinse it off, and it came apart in my hands. It seems the top/bottom halves are glued together and the glue was completely dissolved. I am very disappointed. I am going to try to attempt to salvage it with silicone glue. But it is hard to determine if you are actually applying just 2 ml to the hair. I just recently bought it so I cannot say how I feel about it yet. **Q: Can you clean the bristles if they get clogged?** A: My expert brush cleaner(wife) suggests filling the brush with amonia and allowing it to soak for 30 minutes. Then empty and place brush in a solution of ammonia and warm water for 15 minutes. Rinse well and you should be good to go. It distributes liquid evenly on the scalp. I've had no problems with it. When not in use, I keep the bristles pointing upward at all times to prevent the product from leaking out. It seems to dispense exactly the right amount. If I hadn't found this tool, I probably would have given up trying to apply a product to my scalp twice daily. This brush makes it effortless. It's now six months since I wrote my review. The brush is leaking so badly I cannot use it and had to throw it away.
