They are so sharp, I couldn't even feel the needle go through the tissue. The piercing needles are great, I just wish they had bigger gauges for the 14 gauge rings. You have to use a 14 gauge for a 16 gauge ring. Give the piercing more room while it swells and heals, you also can't fit a 16 gauge piercing in a 16 gauge needle. The clamps are flimsy, but I didn't expect much out of them. Still did the job. All in all for the price i highly recommend it ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Pleased with results, but kit could be improved *by J***Y on Reviewed in the United States on December 9, 2019* There is a lot I could say, so I'm going to try and make this as short and detailed as possible (please bare with me).The kit: Incuded multiple needles in two gauges and jewellery for most areas of the body. The jewellery came in two sizes, two gauges and four different colours. It mostly consisted of hoops and bars. There were two pairs of clamps, one black one white, and two alcohol pads.My experience: Everything arrived on time and in good condition. Nothing was missing and everything was clean. At first the jewellery looks a bit small, but they fit perfectly. I didn't have the money to go to a professional (sadly), so I attempted to do my piercings at home.The gloves were too small and the alcohol wipes had a strong smell. But this may just be my experience. Some of the jewellery was too difficult to unscrew, leaving certain items unusable. The needles were sharp so the piercing itself isn't too painful. But finding the right gauge was tricky. The larger jewellery doesn't fit into any of the needles so I had to use the smaller jewellery to start with.After a few days I changed the piercings to accommodate the swelling. Some piercings were too tricky (or too risky) to do myself so I will be saving up and getting them done professionally. In total I now have 15 new piercings, but I don't recommend doing all of them in one day.Advice: Don't attempt piercings at home unless you absolutely can't afford a professional. Areas such as the tongue, nipple or places that are difficult to see shouldn't be attempted. There could be veins or nerve endings you don't want to damage! Make sure the jewellery can fit through the needle and that the piercing is threaded the right way. It's a pain to do it again! Certain places will take longer to heal than others. It's a minumum of a few weeks for any new piercing. Aftercare is important. Have a cleaning solution and sanitising wipes ready. Cleaning the area regularly will prevent infection.As a side note: Keep some tissue or cotton pads handy.
