**Q: has anyone else had trouble getting the lotion out of the bottle? maybe I got old stock that doesn't "flow" to the pump?**
A: Yes! Always. So frustrating. The pumps have never worked, no matter where i buy them from. I generally just pout the lotion in a tune or bowl...the pump is useless.

**Q: I received the wrong product.. how do I return the 2 bottles and get what I ordered?**
A: Same here…I “supposedly” received the correct product, except the ingredients list is definitely a lot different…most irritating is that this is SUPPOSED to have frankincense and myrrh (it I’m even says so on the front of the tube), but according to ingredients listed on the back, neither is in this product…which was something that I was actually wanting!
